Ingredients:

2 pounds beef flank steak

1 (16oz) jar CHI-CHI'S® 16 oz Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 teaspoons firmly packed brown sugar

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 large onions, cut in half, halves thinly sliced

1 small green pepper, quartered

1 small red pepper, quartered

8 CHI-CHI'S® 6 inch Fajita, warmed

Directions:

1) Place steak in a shallow glass baking dish

2) In small bowl, combine salsa, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, oil, brown sugar and garlic

3) Mix well

4) Pour over steak

5) Cover and refrigerate at least four hours or overnight, turning occasionally

6) Remove steak from salsa mixture

7) Reserve mixture

8) Over medium-hot coals, grill steak, onions and peppers for 10 minutes for medium-rare doneness and until vegetables are tender and lightly charred, turning occasionally

9) In small saucepan, over medium-high heat, bring salsa mixture to a boil and boil two minutes, stirring frequently

10) Set aside

11) Thinly slice steak diagonally across the grain

12) Cut peppers into strips

13) To serve, place steak, peppers and onions in warm tortillas and drizzle with salsa mixture

14) Serve with beans, guacamole and cilantro, if desired
