Salsa Seasoned Fajitas

Ingredients:

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips OR beef steak, cut into thin strips

1 package CHI-CHI'S® Fajita Seasoning Mix

1 cup CHI-CHI'S® 16 oz Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 cups bell peppers, preferably a mix of yellow, green and/or red, cut into thin strips

1 red onion, cut into thin wedges

8 CHI-CHI'S® 8 inch Flour Tortilla Soft Taco Size

Directions:

1) In large food storage bag, place chicken or beef, fajita seasoning and salsa.

2) In skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Remove chicken or beef from marinade. Discard marinade. Add chicken or beef to skillet. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until meat is no longer pink,stirring frequently.

3) Add bell peppers and onion. Cook 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

4) Spoon meat mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with desired Mexican toppings and serve.
